The story so far

Back and Forth started out in the spring of 2019, as the members of Lost Nation, looking to expand on their shared love of the Foo Fighters and general love for performing, began adding more and more to their catalog. Eventually, the decision was made to go all in on their passion and begin building what would soon become Back and Forth. Premiering in the winter of 2019, still under the name Lost Nation, the five of them experienced the appreciation Akron had for the Foo Fighters and began their journey into Back and Forth.
